The following Terms and Conditions govern use of the Harry Winston Gift Card.
The Harry Winston Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) is redeemable for merchandise sold at Harry Winston company operated retail salons in the United States. Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of its terms and conditions. The Gift Card is not redeemable online. Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund, except where required by law. Harry Winston is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The Gift Card does not expire and is valid until redeemed. The Gift Card cannot be purchased with a Harry Winston Gift Card, nor can they be used to purchase a Harry Winston Gift Card. The Gift Card will be shipped via FedEx® at no charge to the purchaser and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery to a non-existent shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Gift Card has an actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Each purchase is deducted when the card is used in one of our company operated retail salons in the United States, until the total amount has been spent. Harry Winston, Inc. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Gift Card. All changes to Terms and Conditions will be available online or from any Harry Winston company operated retail salon in the continental United States.
